As a psychotherapist at Love Light Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC, I am passionate about providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. My goal is to help individuals heal from anxiety, trauma, and navigate life transitions. I am currently completing my clinical hours toward full licensure as a Mental Health Counselor. I practice under the supervision of Sherene Henry, LMHC, LPC, NCC, CCATP, CCTP, CMIP (License #010230-01, NY; License #37PC00620200, NJ). This supervisory relationship ensures that I provide high-quality, ethical care through clinical discussions, case reviews, and observation, while maintaining strict client confidentiality.


Personal Interests

Outside of therapy, I enjoy expressing my creativity through digital art and embroidery. I’m an avid reader of fantasy and mystery novels and find balance through guided meditation. I also enjoy playing the piano and practicing tarot reading. Spending quality time with my family and indulging in my love for movies at local theaters is something I always look forward to.
