Our Women’s Therapy Group is a therapist‑led, culturally responsive group designed to support healing, connection, and lasting emotional growth. This structured, insurance‑billable psychotherapy group provides a safe and affirming space for Black women navigating the complex intersections of race, gender, relationships, career, family, and identity.
This ongoing, open‑enrollment group allows members to join at the beginning of any month. Each month focuses on a different life domain—such as boundaries, relationships, conflict resolution, money, family dynamics, career stress, and self‑trust—creating a comprehensive year‑long journey of emotional development and empowerment.
The group operates in monthly therapeutic modules, and participants are encouraged to attend all sessions within a given month to fully complete that topic.
Each session is led by a licensed mental health professional and integrates:

The group emphasizes boundaries, self‑definition, healthy communication, and sustainable personal power rooted in choice rather than obligation.
This is not a drop‑in support circle. It is a structured psychotherapy group focused on:
Members benefit from consistency, community accountability, and evidence‑based therapeutic tools within a confidential and professionally facilitated environment.
If you are seeking women’s group therapy, culturally informed mental health support, and a space where vulnerability is respected and growth is intentional, this group offers a powerful step toward healing and long‑term emotional resilience.
Join the circle and begin your journey toward empowered, sustainable well‑being.
