I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related concerns. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels supportive, reflective, and empowering—where clients can build insight, resilience, and self-trust.
My clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care. I am fluent in Spanish and offer therapy in both English and Spanish, supporting clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their preferred language.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating:
My background includes work in diverse and high-risk environments, including detention settings, which has shaped my approach to safety, empathy, and systems-informed care.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I support individuals in recognizing patterns, developing insight, and embracing their agency while honoring what may feel outside of their control.
I often incorporate creative and experiential methods alongside evidence-based practices, drawing from my training in clinical mental health counseling and art therapy to support expression, reflection, and healing.
In addition to my clinical work, I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor, supporting pre-licensed clinicians through collaborative, reflective supervision that emphasizes ethical practice, cultural awareness, and the development of clinical confidence.
