About Me

I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and life transitions. I offer therapy that feels thoughtful, affirming, and grounded—where you can explore challenges at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

My approach is collaborative and culturally responsive. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater emotional balance in their daily lives.

Who I Support

I work with individuals experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
  • Trauma and difficult past experiences
  • Identity exploration and self-esteem challenges
  • Life transitions and adjustment-related stress
  • LGBTQ+ individuals seeking affirming care

My Approach

I use an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from evidence-based practices, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns
  • Narrative Therapy to explore and reframe personal experiences
  • Mindfulness-based strategies to support emotional awareness and regulation

My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Together, we focus on building insight and practical tools that support long-term emotional well-being.
